Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. peanut butter
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    2 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Thoroughly cream shortening, sugars and vanilla.
    Add thoroughly beaten eggs.
    Stir in peanut butter.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Stir into creamed mixture.
    Form into tiny balls and place in ungreased pan.
    Press with back of fork to make crisscross.
    Dough may also be cut out if desired.
    Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    (I bake mine at 350\u00b0, you have to watch them very closely.)
