Weight Watchers Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 large onions
    1 small can Veg-All
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 small can tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and completely drain off grease (I wash mine through 2 waters).
    Put everything into pot and cook until done. Put some Sweet 'N Low to taste in.
    Very low in calories and fat.
