Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. bulk sausage (mild or hot)
3 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. can sauerkraut
1 egg
milk
finely crushed bread crumbs
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Mix with cream cheese and sauerkraut. Refrigerate overnight.
Roll into balls.
Dip in egg-milk mixture, then roll in bread crumbs. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
