Bran Muffins 7 Week - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. All-Bran
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
2 c. All-Bran
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix first 2 ingredients in bowl; let cool. Add oil to first mixture when it is cool. Measure 2 cups All-Bran to use later. Mix next 6 ingredients together; add to first mixture. Add 2 cups All-Bran by hand. Cover and refrigerate. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
