Snow Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed bananas (4 to 5 medium ripe bananas)
    1 c. lemon juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. light cream
    1 1/2 pt. 7-Up
    1 pt. sherbet (lemon)
    1/3 c. flaked coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together mashed bananas, lemon juice and sugar.
    Chill good.
    Pour banana mixture into punch bowl.
    Stir in cream. Slowly pour in 7-Up.
    Float spoonfuls of lemon sherbet on punch.
    If desired, sprinkle flaked coconut on top.
    Makes about 40 (4 ounce) servings.
