Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta Cheese (mild Mexican)
    8 oz. cream cheese softened
    1 4 oz. chopped green chilies (drained)
Preparation
    Place softened Velveeta on wax paper and cover with another sheet and roll between to about 10
    x 14.
    Remove onto sheet of wax paper and cover cheese with softened cream cheese (up to about 1 inch).
    Sprinkle chilies over this and roll length wise.
    Use a knife to start rolling.
    Crimp edges with a fork.
    Transfer to saran wrap (easy to roll onto the saran) and refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers.
    This will last a long time when refrigerated.
