Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. butter flavored Crisco
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. banana flavoring
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    1/3 c. walnuts, finely chopped
    vanilla or banana flavored frosting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat all ingredients together, except bananas and honey, on low speed for 30 seconds.
    Beat on high for 2 minutes.
    Scrape bowl. Add bananas and honey.
    Beat 1 minute.
    Pour into cake pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or golden brown.
    Frost if desired.
