Salmon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained and deboned
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (fat-free)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/8 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into ball.
    Put parsley and pecans on plate; roll salmon ball on plate.
    Serve with Melba toast or Ritz.
