Low Calorie Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    2 medium eggs
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. artificial sweetener
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place mushrooms, cheese and onion flakes on the bottom of small pie pan or casserole.
    Place remaining ingredients in blender; blend well and pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 servings.
