Shrimp Etouffee("A-Too-Fay") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, cooked
    2 onions
    1 bell pepper
    1 stalk celery
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt oleo in large skillet.
    Saute chopped onions, bell pepper, celery and seasonings.
    (I add Tony Chachere seasoning for real Cajun taste.)
    Cook until tender, approximately 10 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce and shrimp soup; mix well.
    Add cooked shrimp; cook about 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice as main dish.
