German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 onion, chopped small
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and cook in boiling water with their skins on until tender when tested with a fork.
    Drain, peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
    Season with salt, pepper and chopped onion and set at back of the stove while making the dressing.
