Mandarin Float - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
3/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
1 small can mandarin orange sections (undrained)
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water; add boiling water and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
Add milk and extract.
Pour into 8-inch square pan.
Chill until set.
Cut into cubes.
Put in serving dish and top with oranges.
