Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole kernel corn or 16 oz. pkg. frozen corn
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    4 crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In 1-quart baking dish, coat with cooking spray.
    Put corn and all other ingredients together and mix. Pour beaten egg in and mix well.
    Microwave on High for 20 minutes, until mixture is thick or bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This freezes well.
