Caraway Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs (from 2 slices white or rye bread)
    1 small onion, minced
    2/3 c. beer
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Combine beef, crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup beer, egg, caraway seed, salt and pepper.
    Shape into a loaf.
    Place in a roasting pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
