Winter Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 ripe kiwi, peeled and sliced
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    3/4 c. pitted dates, quartered lengthwise
    2 sliced bananas
Preparation
    In glass measuring cup, drain juice from pineapple.
    Combine 1/4 cup juice with honey and lemon juice to taste in a large bowl. Add pineapple chunks, kiwi, berries and dates to bowl.
    Mix lightly to coat.
    Cover and chill for an hour.
    Add bananas before serving.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 servings.
