Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add hash browns.
Mix soup, sour cream and onion.
Pour over hash browns and mix together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven long enough to melt cheese.
