Peanut Butter Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients and cook over low heat until it thickens.
Set aside.
Combine peanut butter with powdered sugar; mix together until forms small balls.
Bake pie shell; sprinkle with peanut butter mixture.
Add filling and top with remaining peanut butter mixture.
Makes one pie.
