Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    about 1 lb. bacon, ham, sausage or Spam (any meat)
    2 to 4 slices bread
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight. Put into an 11 x 8-inch or 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
