Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/8 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 well-beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Delicious apples, chopped (fresh and peeled or unpeeled)
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Pour in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes. DO NOT open oven door until cake has been baking at least 30 minutes.
Can be served with whipped cream.
