Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

beets
sugar
vinegar
pickling spices

Preparation

Cook beets until tender.
Slice or quarter.
Cover with an equal amount of sugar and vinegar.
Add a few pickling spices. Bring to a boil.
Put in jars and seal.
