Garlic Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In medium bowl, combine baking mix, milk and cheese; stir until just moistened.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2-3 inches apart, onto greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
In small bowl, combine margarine and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits.
Yields 6-8 biscuits.
