Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 3) can pumpkin (2 small)
    4 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together well. Add eggs, pumpkin, oil and vanilla. Bake in 4 one pound coffee cans or bread pans approximately 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
