Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pint mayo
    1 c. vinegar
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 small boxes of macaroni- cooked
    1 green pepper
    5 shredded carrots
    1 small onion (chopped)
Preparation
    Mix mayo, vinegar, milk and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Keeps 2-3 weeks in fridge.
