1 1/2 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation

Spread butter on bottom and sides of an 8 or 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle coconut and press evenly into the butter.
Bake in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
Fill with cream filling.
