Mother'S Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apples, peeled and sliced thin
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together and let sit for 1 minute. Mix the next 3 ingredients with the above apple mixture. This will be a thick batter. Spread in a greased 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and eat while warm, especially good with the following sauce.
