Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks (room temperature)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. ground white pepper
1 c. salad oil
pinch of cayenne
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Put all ingredients into food blender, except 3/4 cup salad oil.
Blend 15 seconds on medium speed.
Turn blender to high speed and dribble in remaining oil.
Keep refrigerated.
Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
