Laurie'S Garlic-Herb Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1/3 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 heaping Tbsp. snipped chives or scallions
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a blender, blend well the cream cheese and sour cream or yogurt.
    Mix in garlic, chives and parsley.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Turn into small shallow dish and chill 3 hours. Serve with crackers, bread sticks or raw vegetables.
