Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken, cooked and cut in chunky pieces
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. red grapes, seeded and halved
20 oz. can pineapple chunks in natural juices, drained
1/4 c. almonds or pecans, chopped
1/4 c. creamy salad dressing
Preparation

Toss chicken, celery, grapes, pineapple and
3 tablespoons of nuts together lightly.
Gently mix salad dressing and chicken mixture.
Chill.
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
Garnish with remaining nuts.
Makes 6 (1-cup) servings.
