Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch or head broccoli, cut off florets, soak in salted water 15 minutes, drain, rinse well and drain
4 ribs celery, sliced thin or chopped
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, cooked until just barely done and drained
1 regular size bottle Italian dressing (8 oz.) or make your own
Preparation

Combine all; stir well.
Cover; refrigerate 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
