Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Stir the ingredients over low flame until cheese melts. Remove from heat and add 1 egg yolk.
Precook zucchini and put into baking dish; pour sauce over.
Sprinkle with some bread crumbs and some grated Parmesan cheese.
Put in oven or under broiler until top is brown.
