Carrot Salad 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender (or canned, rinsed and drained)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place the first 3 ingredients in bowl.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over first mixture.
    Mix together, cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Serve cold.
    Goes well at a barbecue.
