Pepper Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, partially frozen and sliced thin
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. hot water
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 beef bouillon cube
2 medium onions, sliced
3 to 4 tomatoes, quartered
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, blended in 2 Tbsp. water
1 large green pepper, sliced
Preparation

Sprinkle meat with paprika.
Brown meat and garlic in oleo in skillet.
Add water, soy sauce and bouillon.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add onions, cook 10 minutes.
Add green pepper and tomatoes.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in blended cornstarch until thickened.
Serve over wild rice.
