Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    small can pineapple chunks
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix flour, eggs and milk.
    Heat in microwave until thickened (approximately 5 minutes).
    Add vanilla and margarine.
    In bowl, layer vanilla wafers, pineapple chunks and pudding.
    Repeat, ending with wafers.
    Make meringue with egg whites or use Cool Whip for topping.
