Ingredients

1 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine in saucepan, cocoa, sugar and salt.
Stir in cold water.
Simmer until smooth and thick, about 5 minutes.
Cool and add vanilla.
Stir well.
Pour into a jar.
Cover.
Store in refrigerator.
