Artichoke Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, cut into small pieces (reserve the oil from the hearts)
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1/2 c. soda crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in 3 tablespoons of the reserved artichoke hearts oil.
    Mix artichoke hearts, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and eggs together.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Put into greased square 9-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle with the crumbled soda crackers.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 325\u00b0. Chill for 2 hours before cutting.
    Makes 10 servings.
