*Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. cooked shrimp or 1 1/2 c. (I steam my own, then cut them up)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. French dressing
    salt and lemon juice to taste
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise and French dressing.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Refrigerate for a short time.
    Makes 4 servings. This salad is good served with tomato aspic ring or sliced tomatoes on lettuce.
