Sherry Walsh'S Corn Meal Chess Pie(Makes 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Use spoon to mix.
    Mix lemon and eggs; then add corn meal and sugar.
    Add margarine and water.
    Pour in unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
