Bierocks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 small cabbage
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 loaves (use either the Rhodes frozen bread loaves or the rolls)
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and onion until browned.
    meanwhile, cut cabbage into large chunks and place into blender; put in enough water to cover and chop.
    Or chop cabbage by hand.
    Drain well. Add drained cabbage to hamburger.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until cabbage is done.
    Roll out 4 x 4-inch square of dough. Fill with mixture and seal by pinching sides shut.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
