Yeast Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix 2 cups of the flour with the yeast.
    Heat and stir milk, sugar, shortening and salt until warm.
    Add to flour mixture. Add egg.
    Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute and then at high for 3 minutes.
    Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can mix in with a spoon.
