Mandarin Pork Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork or chicken, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    2 c. broccoli florets
    2 onions, chopped
    1 carrot, sliced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil; add garlic and pork or chicken and cook about 2 minutes.
    Add broccoli, onions, carrots and celery.
    Stir-fry 2 more minutes.
    Add mushrooms and stir-fry an additional 2 minutes.
    Add sauce and cook 1 more minute.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
