Mini Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Blend until smooth the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Place 1 vanilla wafer in #2 aluminum lined cupcake holder, to be baked in cupcake tins.
Fill cupcake holder with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Let cool and top with pie filling.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
