Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    2 c. herb stuffing
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Drain spinach, squeezing out as much of the water as possible. Mix all ingredients together and chill 1 hour.
    Shape into balls. Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes approximately 40 balls.
