Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans and juice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; add ground beef and saute until well done.
    Add kidney beans and juice, tomato soup, salt and chili powder.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
