Low-Fat Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla wafers (40 to 48)
    6 ripe bananas, sliced
    1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (sugar-free)
    2 egg whites
    4 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare pudding according to package directions.
    Arrange a layer of wafers in a baking dish.
    Slice bananas and layer on top of wafers. Spread the pudding over the bananas.
    Continue in layers until all is used.
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add Sweet 'N Low and vanilla, beating until stiff peaks form.
    Spread meringue over pudding. Bake at 425\u00b0 until meringue is lightly browned.
