Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes (12 or 14 oz.)
    tortilla shells
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add taco seasoning, onion and tomatoes to ground beef.
    Line 9 x 13-inch dish with tortilla shells, after spraying bottom with Pam.
    Add ground beef mixture.
    Add another layer of shells.
    Mix cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and eggs together.
    Pour on top of second tortilla layer.
    Slice a fresh tomato on top and sprinkle a little more cheese on it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
