Roast Beef French Dip Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roast (sirloin, tip, rump)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    dried parsley
Preparation
    Rub roast with oil. Rub in remaining ingredients.
    Put in open pan and bake at 325\u00b0 to desired doneness.
    Put a pan of water on lower rack of oven and keep full during baking.
