Mon-Doo(Korean Egg Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    egg roll wrappers (available at Oriental market)
    2 lb. pork or beef, cooked and cut into very small pieces
    1 c. green onions, chopped fine
    2 c. cabbage, shredded
    2 c. mushrooms, chopped small
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil (use 100% not blend)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons sesame seed oil.
    Season according to taste with soy sauce and garlic powder. Place a small amount into the middle of egg roll wrapper.
    Roll and seal wrapper by wetting finger with a little water (egg roll wrappers will seal tight).
    Fry egg rolls in sesame seed oil or deep fry.
    Can be frozen and microwaved when needed.
