Quick Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. cilantro (fresh or dried)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper (optional)
2 cans stewed or chopped tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Brown and drain meat.
In a large pan, put in all ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
