Pineapple Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

In medium bowl, with fork, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in crushed pineapple.
(The secret to this ball is to drain pineapple and squeeze between paper towels until it is so dry as to have no moisture at all.)
Stir in 1 cup of pecans, then green pepper, onion and salt.
Shape into a ball; roll in remaining nuts (1 cup). Wrap in plastic wrap or foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with pineapple slices, cherries and parsley.
