Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 qt. popped corn
    1 c. salted peanuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.
    Stir well and then pour over popped corn and peanuts.
    Spread over a cookie sheet.
